Integrated Management Systems (IMS) was implemented in early 2004 across the GJK operation. GJK Facility Services are one of the first service organisations in Australia to have an externally audited Integrated Management System. This system is made up of the following three Standards:

• ISO 9001:2008 - Formalised systems and procedures in Quality Assurance for all aspects of the business;
• AS/NZS 4801:2001 - Occupational, Health & Safety and Risk Management;
• ISO 14001:2004 - Environmental Impact Minimisation Management System.

GJK Facility Services IMS system is the foundation of their site operations and delivers a documented and integrated process that manages quality control, customer service, risk management and environmental compliance.

The introduction of these systems has seen us achieve significant recognition in being awarded two Golden Service Awards in 2004.
