GJK invests considerable time and effort in understanding every customer's individual needs so that we can assign the right mix of skills and talents required to deliver the highest quality of service.

Each client will be assigned an Operations team to carry out work required on the job. The team includes a Transition Manager, Service Manager, Customer Service Manager and Site Contract Manager/Team Leader. This staff combines a mix of technical expertise in the many and often complex cleaning functions, as well as strong customer service skills.

Performance standards must be set as early as possible. We work with each client to identify key performance factors (KPIs) that can be measured on an on-going basis.

We then maintain regular dialogue with our customer's to ensure the resolution of problems before they occur, as well as to regularly monitor and review our performance.

GJK has licensed some leading edge software called Synergistic Management Systems (SMS).  Essentially it is a sophisticated data collection and information dissemination tool. It is the means by which we audit all work that is carried out by our project teams on site - which we then share with our clients to track contract performance, real time via the web. It enables us to show complete accountability in the level of service we provide, and enables our clients to monitor and print out reports on the progress of properties, anywhere and at anytime.
